Restart entourage holding down the option(alt) key then rebuild the database.
This may sort the problem out.
It could be that a MS related .plist file is corrupted these are generally in /Users/username/Library/Preferences/
called com.microsoft.Entourage.plist
Maybe try deleting that...

Looks like if you delete an account from the system preference pane, you'll be prompted to select one of three options. One option copies all the files (documents, etc) to the disk, which I assume will be available to all accounts once the deleted one is gone.
