He begins with three overarching steps to real change:

  • Raise your standards
  • Change your limiting beliefs
  • Change your strategy

I'm not sure if this could be called the broad outline of the book, where the other chapters can fit into this. Don't totally think so yet. But he seems quite organized in his thinking and the models he espouses with such enthusiasm. I expect the outline will soon become clearer.

Raise your standards

Decide you will never settle for anything less than your destiny. Decide what you won't put up with any longer, what you won't accept out of yourself, and what you must have in your life--no questions or debate.

Change your limiting beliefs

Beliefs are feelings of certainty. You use your life's references to form your beliefs, mostly unconsciously. Image how your destiny would change if you chose your beliefs, chose beliefs that align with your goals.

Change your strategy

Find role model who has done what you want. Use the strategies they used. Continue to vary your approach (ultimate success formula) until you get what you want.

But know what to do isn't enough. It's why diets or exercise programs fail. You have the information. You DON'T have the motivation.
