Abraham Lincoln ~ Vampire Hunter?

Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter – I thought it was a joke. Turns out, besides being a book by Seth Grahame-Smith, it’s a movie by Tim Burton (as producer) that should come out next summer.

Trailer looks exciting, with Kazakhstani Timur Bekmambetov (Wanted) directing.  Benjamin Walker, who plays Abraham Lincoln, can certainly wield a mean ax. And Mary Elizabeth Winstead, who plays Lincoln’s wife Mary…well, I can’t say I saw even a glimpse of her in the trailer. No matter. I’m sure she’s great; maybe she does some ax swinging or knitting needle skewering or her own.
