There’s no way I was born to just pay bills and die.

There’s no way I was born to just pay bills and die. Indeed…So true for us all. I sometimes find it exceedingly difficult to take my attention away from the ordinary demands of life–bills, meetings, deadlines–that I miss the “ordinary” miracles of every day life like my child’s breath, the blue sky, a dog’s bark. It’s a blessing…an infinitely rare gift to be alive.
