Farrimond Friction Hitch ~ WiltshireMan on YouTube has a very nice video on making the Firrimond friction hitch knot. It’s a great knot for raising tarps or hammocks because it enables you to adjust the tension of the line quite directly by simply sliding the location of the knot anywhere along the cord or rope.
