The Original Pancake House restaurants offer something on their menu called a “Dutch Baby.” Sometimes called a German pancake at other establishments, the Original Pancake House’s Dutch Baby has become a favorite breakfast meal for my wife and I.

After consuming dozens of these delicious, puffy, popover pancakes, I became curious about the recipe and how they were made. While there are many Dutch Baby recipes, the one below is super easy to make (and remember), and every bit as delicious as the Original Pancake House version—if not a little better 😉

Critbritlit on blogger shared this recipe for Peet’s Mocha Freddo, and I’m VERY appreciative. At over four bucks a hit, my Freddo addiction is killing my financial status. I’ve been using Swiss Miss Cocoa(w/ marshmallows) blended with ice and espresso as a substitute, but it’s not the same consistency or flavor as Peet’s. This recipe is better and tastes more authentic.

Homemade hot fudge! Just found this recipe on the Yankeeprepper YouTube channel, and it is excellent! His original version used molasses and brown sugar. That was much too strong a molasses flavor for my taste buds, so I immediately made a version using sugar and corn syrup. Ambrosia! My son loved it. My wife loved it.

I was a hero for the evening.
