I almost didn’t listen to this TED talk by Susan Cain. She’s a bit soft spoken….but still compelling in a gentle, deep way. She clearly believes in her message, that there is enormous, often ignored value in those introverted moments and inclinations. It’s not that we are either extroverted or introverted, it’s a continuum that depends on context. But for all, the solitude of our introverted moments can be invaluable to our life and work.
