Cinematics are so good.
What a superb bit of kickass D&D like action. So inspiring. I want to be every character portrayed in this series of vignettes.
ALWAYS keep up Blue Betty and Lotus Flower to gain damage, sustain and healing. These two abilities are both on the backbar, activate them together.
Keep up your DoTs, you have 3 DoTs that should always be active as much as possible. Elemental Drain, Unstable Wall of Elements and Fetcher Infection should always be on the enemy.

You could control it by use of Infused trait on one of your DW weapon which would then have 50% chance of proc vs normal chance. Remember there is status effects that might be useful in combination when put together and you can reduce targets resistance, weapon/spell damage or give yourself the same for a duration (5 sec). It depends on how you build and how your play your skills. DoT can trigger Valkyn Skoria as an example, direct damage can procs other sets etc that mighe be buffed or triggered by glyphs. If you only want a flat damage then you can use alchemy poison (and have glyphs as back up when those run empty on weapon). Disease damage (defile) is also useful for PvE for those times there are healers (adds) on a boss.

No.
For one, glyphs don't have a 'chance' of proc. They proc as soon as they're eligible to proc (LA / HA / weapon ability) and off cooldown, unlike alchemical poisons. For another, the question was simple, about putting same glyphs on different weapons. It's not something to be done because glyphs of same type share same global cooldown. If poison on main hand proc'd, cooldown have started, and poison glyph from off hand won't be able to proc for same period either. Worse yet, if non-infused poison glyph proc'd, then normal, 4-second cooldown have started, and infused glyph (with halved cooldown) on another hand will not be able to proc for full 4 seconds either.
Probably one of the easiest rotation, as a nightblade, dont know how much it can be improve, but with this you should be able to hit in the 75k+ with some practice
Written Rotation
-endless hail
-shadow
-poison injection
-bar swap
-bow
-spammable (use it until you can use bow again, or close too it)
-trap
-bar swap
-endless hail
-poison
-bar swap
-bow
-spam
-trap restart
Use your ult whenever ur about to do bow and spam
the 2 runes of the fighter guild can be any abilities, but using a fighter guild, or nb skill increase you weapon dmg/ crit chances so higher dps
Being an orc can increase the dps by 3k or so with the same set up
I combine Templar healing with restoration staff.
Lead with regeneration/mutagen because it has a nice long duration, always cast it twice (so that all four party members get it) especially while moving into an oncoming fight.
Once you arrive at the fight, cast Purifying Ritual to create a large circle of healing with a synergy that players can use to heal themselves if they return to your position needing healing. Don't be afraid to cast Purifying Ritual again as the battle moves to a different location.
Healing Springs is great for stacking heals on someone at low health, cast it multiple times when the party is really doing bad.
And of course your emergency heal, is Breath of Life, use it the least because it's expensive, but it is very effective on short notice.
You're not so much using a rotation, as you're setting up shop and then applying more heals as needed. If you're back bar is for combat, you only really need Breath of Life on that one, you'll use it a lot when the team doesn't need much healing at all and you feel like fighting.
Those are the only four heals I use, except for Purge, which you get from PvP Support skill tree, it removes negative effects on the team that would otherwise gobble up all your mana doing healing. By no means exclude other heals you want to add to your style. Source: primary character is a level 1008 templar healer.
PS: Ritual of Rebirth is nice now that they've removed the casting time. I never used it in the past because of that delay. They buffed it because no one was using the basic healing spell of the game lol.
I’m in PC NA server and this is my personal guide to making gold in ESO. Your own experience may differ especially if you are from a different server. Also I did not include a section about Writs because I haven't really done those purely because I don't like doing them even if it only takes a few minutes. Please feel free to share information on writs.
Guild Trader:
Use zone chat and/or forums to join a guild with a guild trader, but shop around to see which trader best fits you at lowest requirement versus competing guilds in same area. For example one guild trader I joined has 10k weekly sales requirement whereas another in same city requires 100k weekly sales. BIG difference. Maximum listing is capped at 30 listings per trader so you may end up joining more than one.
I experimented with various guild traders and below is how I rank them. Again this is my personal tier list and your experience may vary.
AddOn:
First, regardless of which path to riches you take you should install addons below:
*For those on consoles you can access following website to access Tamriel Trade Center: https://us.tamrieltradecentre.com/pc/Trade/Search
• Master Merchant (MM)
• Tamriel Trade Center (TTC)
• Harvest Map
• uespLog (UESP) & Arkadius Trade Tools are other trade add-ons that have been recommended by community. Feel free to try them out!
What you do is use add-ons such as MM & TTC to interpret actual market value. Let’s take couple scenarios below as an example.
Scenario 1: “Infused Green Pact Glove’s TTC’s sampling size is 450 listings with an average listing price of 1500 gold, lowest listing price of 700 gold and highest listing price of 5000 gold. MM’s sampling size is just 2, with sold price coming in at 500 gold.” In this scenario I would list the glove anywhere between 500g and 1500g depending on how fast I want to sell it. Since this is a low value “junk” I might want to just list it at 500g to clear my inventory. 700g might work just as well too since your item will still be THE lowest in the market unless someone recently listed at a price lower than 700g that TTC did not capture yet.
Scenario 2: “Infused Spriggan Dagger’s TTC sampling size is 150 listings with an average listing price of 90,000 gold, lowest listing price of 75,000 gold and highest listing price of 200,000 gold. No MM data available.” In this scenario I would list the dagger anywhere between 88,000 and 110,000 gold depending on how fast I want to sell and also which guild trader I belong in. Unlike the aforementioned Green Pact glove because this is a high value item I’m willing to sit on it for a while. If your guild trader is in the most popular spot, you might be able to sell the dagger at higher price than 110,000 but I like to unload my inventory as soon as possible, but everyone is different. Some might be willing to gamble and also afford the time.
Methods:
Buy low, sell high: Always works in any MMO you play. It’s a gamble that pays off if you are market trend savvy. Payoff is biggest during patch transitions, see PTS section below for more info.
a. Pro tip: If you aren’t actively farming, buy popular mats such as Kuta and Tempering Alloy cheap and sell them for small profit. They are very easy to sell and you’ll find undervalued mats readily available in random guild traders you may come across as you farm Skyshards or whatever you may be doing. This alone will most likely take care of guild trader requirements. Easy to do and win-win situation for all parties involved.
Farm popular motifs/recipes. Currently thieving/murdering NPC’s in Vivec City gives you a chance of looting very valuable motifs (Hlaalu, Redoran, Telvanni). Farming chests in Vvardenfell also has a very small chance of dropping Buoyant Armiger motifs, which can sell for as much as 500k. Farming urns in Vvardenfell (i.e. Dreloth Ancestral Tomb) can net you valuable Morrowind Furnishing recipes as well. Note that current inflated prices are temporary and as with all motifs/recipes there will be a gradual price drop.
Farm chests: In general I found this to be the second or third most effective and more entertaining way to make gold, though currently (and temporarily) farming the new motifs above are probably better.
a. Target a zone with high value items such as Spriggan or Spinner sets.
b. Develop a treasure chest route that is most efficient. Note that in certain zones chests are concentrated in certain parts of respective zones. For example if you are farming Spinners there is a cluster of chests concentrated in northernmost part.
c. If you have enough Champion Points have at least one character with 75 points invested in The Shadow to unlock “Treasure Hunter” passive. This allows you to get better quality loots.
Farm Dolmens, World Bosses and Public Dungeon Bosses: I tried farming each, but chances of getting what you want is very low and you end up with too many of certain categories of loots. Take Public Dungeon for example. These bosses only drop gloves, shoulders, weapons and shields. Weapons and shields are VERY rare, so you’ll end up with ton of just gloves and shoulders. To be fair the same is true with chests, but they have a chance of dropping everything so your loots will be much more evenly spread out.
a. Delve Bosses: Drops waist or feet set piece
b. Dolmens: 100% chance to drop a ring or amulet set piece. Purple drops are very rare.
c. World Bosses: 100% chance to drop head, chest, legs or weapon set piece. Weapon set pieces are very rare.
d. Public Dungeon Bosses: Have chance to drop shoulder, hand, or weapon set piece. Weapon set pieces are very rare.
Farming mats: With recent patch crafted sets became valuable, which means mats became valuable. This has always been a reliable way to make money as they are easy to farm and sell quickly. Until Clockwork City patch (or after) this method might be the best way to make money. Make sure to farm using a character with max craft skills because 50% of the time the mats you see scales to your crafting skill (i.e. Metalworking). Note that Nirncrux has a small chance of dropping from clothing, woodworking and blacksmithing nodes in Craiglorn. Potent Nirncrux can fetch over 10k while Fortified Nirncrux is worth about 2k~3k.
i. Kuta, Tempering Alloy, Ancient Silk and Rosin in particular became valuable.
ii. Dreugh Wax is also valuable but is often farmed by bots and therefore less profitable than others.
iii. Certain Alchemy mats such as Columbine, Corn Flower, Lady's Smock, Mountain Flower and Nirnroot are worth gathering for own use or to sell. Personally I gather all of them because they are always useful.
PTS Server:
• Monitor this forum for potential nerfs/buffs that could make a huge difference in your profitability: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/categories/pts
• PTS notes are subject to change, so take below advices:
o Any changes to PTS notes may drastically increase or decrease certain items. Immediately buy now valuable items on the cheap and sell them, but only for a few days. With each day there is a danger of more changes that may nerf the items that you invested in. Mother’s Sorrow was a good example where it became BiS, then unpopular in a matter of days. If you aren’t sure, don’t stress and just wait for patch to become live.
o Don’t go around unloading everything you have that was valuable due to PTS changes. Sharpened Spriggan weapons for example took a huge hit as people started going off on selling frenzy, but the price bounced back once people figured out that it’s still going to be one of BiS items. If you were one of those people you lost a great deal of money. Even if Spriggan weapons did become no longer valuable you still would not have lost too much gold and therefore would have been worth the risk.
• Any changes to sets or others that affect value of certain items can have dramatic changes to the market. Take below for example:
o With recent changes crafted sets became valuable.
Other Tips:
• Most people have this skill but if you don’t, get the Rapid Maneuver skill. It’s from Assault skill line and gives you Major Expedition and more importantly Major Gallop skill which increases your mount speed. You can unlock this skill just by completing a Cyrodiil tutorial quest available at lvl 10. Godsend for farming and also new characters.
• Off-peak hours are generally better for farming, but not always. You aren’t the only person with the same idea.
• Invest in speed sets such as Jailbreaker (Minor expedition stacks with Major expedition), Fiord’s. Being Orc, having Steed mundus w/ full divine helps as well.
• If you have popular mats, sell now and buy them back later because the mats are currently inflated though they have been gradually coming down since the patch. Keep some if you feel that you may need them, but unload the rest. Conversely try to farm your own mats rather than buying them.
There are lots of fun ways you can take on small groups of enemies but first
What weapons do you use? DW? bow? Sword and Board??
How many mobs do you try to take on? 4? 10?
I use Dual Wield (DW) as my primary PvE and here are the abilities I choose to use
Killers Blade (Stam morph) - Get Healed for 18% max HP when target dies within 2 seconds of casting. I always use this as the executioner (deals up to +300% dmg) to get a heal in fights to survive.
Shadowy Disguise - This is great for either initiating a fight to ensure you get the out of combat stealth attack bonus (if sneaking alone won't cut it) and also to disengage from a fight. It's also great in-combat to get behind a target to use surprise attack which will cause major breach and stun
Surprise Attack (Stam morph) - Huge out of stealth dmg dealer, and in combat combos great with shadowy disguise. You should be able to one shot, or nearly one shot, any regular mob in a group to open a fight
Reapers Mark - This ability also causes Major Breach and spell reduction, so while it doesn't stack w/ surprise attack it does give you an incredible in-combat 25% max HP heal when you kill a target AND you get a 25% dmg boost.
Free slot, consider a DW ability like Flurry, Blood Craze, Whirlwind - You can play around with this slot, the first four abilities should be able to handle just about anything. I like Flurry for single target boss fights, Blood Craze for sustain (gives healing while bleeding opponent) and Whirlwind for AoE mob clearing
Here's how a fight goes for me, it can typically contain anywhere for 3-6 mobs
Always open fight with stealth, kill one mob from stealth with Surprise Attack
If it's a smaller group (say 3) I'll re-stealth w/ Shadowy Disguise, get behind next mob and surprise attack again and burst it down with Flurry and execute w/ Killers Blade.
If It's a larger group (say 6) I'll instead Reapers Mark a weak target (look for healer mobs, mage mobs) and keep my stam/mag use to a minimum - throw in a few light/heavy attacks, when they get to execute range for my killers blade pop it for the kill and get 43% of my max HP back instantly. Then rinse and repeat
Because I don't have any direct healing, like from the siphoning tree or a restoration staff bar, it's extremely important to stay on top of my killers blade / reapers mark rotation. You should always be focusing on a single target and getting your big heals from RM / KB, then moving on to the next target.
You can of course play entirely different, say w/ a siphoning magika build, or a sap tank build. If you play much differently than my DW let me know and I can try to put something together for ya. Have fun out there
Edit: Oh, and for managing my Stamina I always try to get in heavy DW attacks and have Stam potions. If a mob is at, say 40-50% HP, I don't use abilities that cost resources to lower their HP - instead I charge a heavy attack to get them down to execute range, which gives me some stam back and then I use Killers Blade - much more efficient.
Ok, I have decided to share a Vampire themed build for a Magicka Templar I call the Vampire Lord...
This build is very well rounded as it features good defensive ability, support ability, and can provide good dps as well when needed; its not great at any single thing, but its good at a lot of things...
Mundus:
Thief...you want this Mundus because the success of this build depends strongly on having a high Spell Crit; you'll want atleast 60% (I run this with 60.3% Spell Crit at current).
The Gear (5 Light, 1 Medium, 1 Heavy):
Mighty Chudan x2 (Head/Shoulders)...
Vampire Lord x5 (Rings, Necklass, Sharpened Dual Wield Swords)...
Combat Physician x5 (Chest, Legs, Waist, Hands, Feet)...
The above may appear to be an odd combination, but I assure you that it is well thought out as there is synergy between these set pieces and the abilities you'll use with them...
With triple stat Glyphs in all armor pieces, you'll have around 27k Health on both bars (these Health stats apply in a PvP setting); Magicka will be around 36k and Stamina will be over 12k (this assumes double stat blue food which I favor over the triple stat food); Spell Penetration will be about 11k; Critical Resistance will be about 2.8k...
You'll end up with over 29k Spell Resist and 20k Physical Resist on your Healing Bar at all times (due to Mighty Chudan) which is great for survival. After all, a dead Healer is a useless Healer...
Synergies:
My DPS bar (which features the above 5/5/2 set up) is as follows with this build:
Puncturing Sweeps...
Invigorating Drain...
Radiant Magelight...
Toppling Charge...
Purifying Light...
Devouring Swarm...
Of the above abilities, 3 of these (Invigorating Drain, Purifying Light, and Devouring Swarm) all can Proc the Combat Physician Damage Shield thus allowing you to simultaneously damage your target, heal yourself, and shield yourself; this is very helpful in all content and being able to combine all of that makes you very efficient with your Magicka expendures...
Because one of the focus's with this build is to be very efficient, you are able to slot Spell Damage Glyphs in all your Jewelry slots and go with low Magicka Regen (all Magicka Regen will be done on your Healing Bar with a Resto Staff; more on that later)...
My Healing Bar (you are using a Defending Vampire Lord Resto Staf here) is as follows:
Rapid Regeneration...
Breath of Life...
Radiant Magelight...
Rite of Retribution...
Elusive Mist...
Replenishing Barrier...
The synergy here is between the Defensive Bonus's provided by Mighty Chudan (which totals around 15% damage negation at all times) and Elusive Mist; the Defensive Bonus's provided by Mighty Chudan stack with the Defense inherent to Elusive Mist, so you can not only get yourself out of trouble in a hurry with Elusive Mist, but take minimal damage when doing so...
I have been able to Mist right through Destro Ult and Mist all the way to the back flag in a keep (through all the oil and AOE present inbetween) when needed with the above; its an extremely useful Defensive combo in all content...
You'll notice that I have Radiant Magelight on both bars. This is because you want to have high Spell Crit to consistently Proc the Combat Physician Damage Shield (and of course its very useful for the raw healing and damage dealing bonus's inherent to a high Spell Crit) and its nice to have a good counter for people who will attack you in stealth at all times regardless of what bar you are on...
Between Radiant Magelight and Mighty Chudan, your guard is up, essentially, at all times; you dont have to think about it...its always there.
CP Distribution:
Here is the current, optimized, CP placement for this build:

Elemental Defender: 37
Ironclad: 37
Resistant: 39
Thick Skinned: 27
Attribute Point Distribution:
Magicka: 64
Health: 0
Stamina: 0
Armor Traits:
When I initially created this build, I utilized 7 Divines on my Armor Pieces. While it is viable to do this (and I ran this for a long time in PvP with a lot of success), I have since found that its better to go with all Impen....
With 7 Impen vs 7 Divines, you are trading about 3.5% Spell Crit for about 26% Critical Resist; the loss of 3.5% Spell Crit is barely felt, while the increase in Critical Resistance is huge in PvP. The change to Impen has had no significant impact on my ability to complete PvE content while my ability to withstand punishment in PvP has increased dramatically...
As a result, I strongly recommend this build be run with all Impen at this point in time...
Edit: The OP has been edited to reflect current optimizations of this build as of Summset...

I've switched to 'esdf' for movement, 'aqwrt' for skills, 'zxc' for ultimate, potion, synergy, 'v' for switch weapon, 'g' for interact, 'space' for dodge, 'alt' for jump, 'caps' for sprint, 'shift' for auto run, 'ctrl' for crouch, 'mmb' for interrupt. Takes a bit of practice to get used to but gives quick access to things I need in combat without using a multi button mouse. Btw. Logitech g300s is also a good cheap option to move skills onto mouse.
