Favors jobs that are currently in demand, but since education takes years, the demand may drop by graduation time. My Dad suffered this reality. Nothing is perfect. Also, what about majors that don't have direct job connection? Seems that would narrow the curriculum and leave behind some areas. The diversity of ideas may suffer.
