Probably one of the easiest rotation, as a nightblade, dont know how much it can be improve, but with this you should be able to hit in the 75k+ with some practice

Use your ult whenever ur about to do bow and spam

the 2 runes of the fighter guild can be any abilities, but using a fighter guild, or nb skill increase you weapon dmg/ crit chances so higher dps

Being an orc can increase the dps by 3k or so with the same set up
