What is wrong with this picture?

This image is not doctored or manipulated, except for cropping for viewability. This appeared on Google News page on 10/28/2006 at about 9:45 AM Pacific.

I'm surprised Google doesn't have some sort of profanity content filter to prevent this.

Haha thats hilarous. It's source is "Queerty". Im guessing thats a blog of some sort and not a legitimate news source. Although in todays world, what is a "legitimate" news source?
