The Russians won an emotional skate. The Chinese pair who ultimately won silver had a bad fall in the long program. The woman fell on an attempt at a quad sou cow (?) throw. She fell hard on her knee. Did NOT look like she could continue. Trainers checked her out. She went back out there, finished the program beautifully--even with another throw spin. Gutsy. Totally gutsy. Standing O at the end. Amazing performance.
